St Patricks Day and Sunday Lunch

Mitre Tavern, 5 Bank Place, Melbourne

Join us to enjoy St Patrick's Day starting at the Mitre Tavern for lunch and moving to the Irish Times, if space is available in the afternoon.

The Mitre Tavern has a wide range of bistro food and a wide selection of on-tap beer including Guinness and Kilkenny with a fantastic outdoor beer garden, a great spot for Sunday lunch.

The most well-known part of the Mitre Tavern is its huge beer garden that has a seating capacity of 200 and standing room for many more.

Come and enjoy the Mitre Tavern where inside the decor remains seemingly untouched, feel the creaky floor, mind your head on the low ceiling and admire the worn wood.

The Pub at the Mitre Tavern strives to create a warm, friendly environment in the heart of the city, where in winter you can enjoy a just poured lager in front of the fireplace and enjoy the great counter-meals seated in rustic old-style furniture.

We hope to visit the Irish Times which is located just around the corner for a St Patricks Day visit.
