Membership refund policy: We will offer a full refund of membership fees paid for seven days after your Melbourne Social Club membership has been received. Membership cards will be ordered for you that provide a wide range of Melbourne discounts and these membership cards cannot be altered or cancelled, hence no refunds can be made after 7 days. Should you wish to cancel within 7 days, please contact us via e-mail.

Please note if the PayPal transaction is unsuccessful, we will contact you with more information regarding other payment options such as internet banking, direct payment into a bank account, cheque payments and also more information regarding PayPal payments.

Please note: By applying for membership of the Fun, Food and Friendship (FFF) Social Club you agree to the following terms and conditions:

In consideration of the grant of membership to you, entitling you to engage in all social event activities, you hereby release and forever discharge Fun, Food & Friendship and its staff, hosts and associates from all actions, suits, proceedings, claims, demands, losses, damages, penalties fines, costs and expenses however arising that you may have had but for this release form or in conjunction with social activities of Fun, Food & Friendship.

On participating in any FFF event you freely engage in the event knowing that FFF and its staff, hosts or associates can accept no responsibility for any loss or damage you or your guests may incur as a result or your participation and you freely participate in the activity at your own risk.

FFF and its staff, hosts or associates accepts no responsibility or liability for any harm, injury or damage caused to you or your guest, your property or any other person, or their property as a result of alcoholic intoxication or the taking of illegal substances or any other reason at an FFF event.

FFF and its staff, hosts or associates accepts no responsibility, warranty or liability for any kind in respect of any member or guest. FFF does not vet members or guests that participate in FFF social club events and no warranty or representation of any kind can be made in respect to any member or guest.

On participating in any FFF event, you and your guests accept total responsibility for their own conduct, safety and property including all forms of insurance. FFF is under no obligation to make insurance arrangements for you or your guests. It will be your responsibility to inform non-member guests of these conditions, especially when they attend an event at your invitation.

On participating in any FFF event, you and your guests should ensure that you are physically able to participate in the event and that you know of no medical or other reason why you are not capable of engaging in the event and that participating in the event would not be detrimental to your health, safety or physical condition.

Cancellation Policy

For events that require pre-payment, in the event that you cancel after payment has been received a 50% cancellation fee will be charged if at least 7 days notice is given. If less than 7 days notice is given, unless FFF are able to fill your place with another member booking at the last minute, no refund would be given as these events are booked and paid in advance on the numbers taken.

You are at any point able to allow a friend to substitute your place and no extra charges will be added for them as a guest. However this is to be discussed with the staff at FFF prior to the event.

All events are subject to minimum numbers. If in the unlikely event that an event does not go ahead or FFF has a reason to cancel the event only people who have registered for the event will be notified.

Members and guests shall not hold FFF responsible or liable in any way whatsoever for the cancellation for whatever reason of an event. Where cancellation arises and it is the fault of a supplier of an event, FFF will use their best endeavours to procure the return of the booking fees and any other monies paid by members for such events.

Client Behaviour

Members and guests shall conduct themselves when participating in all events in a sensible, safe and social manner towards all other members and towards the general public.

FFF reserves the right at all times to expel members or to prevent for any reason any member from participating in any event or from renewing membership.

Change of Details

Members shall keep FFF informed of any change of address, email address, contact numbers and any other information relevant to your membership.

Image and Promotion

By joining FFF as a member you consent to using your image in any promotion or other material in relation to the business and agree to participate in any publicity about the social club or any social club events.

Membership Fees Outstanding

If any amount payable for a new membership or renewal is not paid on the due date, a member will be charged the non-member guest fee for any event until membership fees outstanding have been paid.

Alteration Policy

FFF reserves the right to make alterations from time to time with regards to the events format, including the type of function and venue location.

FFF reserves the right to run promotions for membership and offer increased or reduced cost of membership for new members or membership renewal.

FFF reserves the right to alter or add Membership conditions at any time. Any change to membership conditions will apply to all members regardless of their joining date.
